A poll on Fox News' site with over 126,000 respondents asking "who won the debate?" has Biden winning 61% to 39%. I repeat - a FOX NEWS poll.
The CNN poll, with 216,000 respondents, has Biden winning 70% to 26%, with 4% saying "neither".
