Just went to lunch with Grandma and Grandpa, and on the way we saw something pretty disturbing. Along Ward Parkway and down 55th Street, there are numerous Obama signs, the oversized variety - this alone is very encouraging of course, because these are million dollar homes. Unfortunately, ALL of the large signs have been spray-painted with "USSR," "Socialist," and the hammer and sickle emblem -symbol for Communism.
I wondered at first if the homeowners might have purchased the signs and then deliberately defaced them, but most of them were side-by-side with smaller untouched signs for other Democratic candidates. There are some real whackos out there!

It's nice to hear that McCain supporters are so upset that they've been reduced to high school pranks. At the same time, it's sad to see the effects of the shameful message the McCain campaign has been spewing the last few weeks. In the spirit of Halloween, they have created a monster, and they've accidentally given it a degenerate's brain.
